About Hannaford Consultancy
Hannaford Consultancy are based in Dawlish, Devon. We have many years HSE experience working in a number of different business sectors inclusive of; food and drink manufacturing, meat and poultry processing, quarrying, construction, care, energy generation, engineering, public services, private services, plus many more.
As a result of the knowledge and experience gained in these sectors, we understand the challenges that today’s businesses face with regards to legislative compliance, and achieving continual improvement in Safety, Health and Environmental management.
Our History
Hannaford Consultancy was established in 2018 . After 25 years of being employed in the real world of SHE management and consultancy. Founder Neil Hannaford wanted to run a consultancy which provided a more personal bespoke service to its clients, helping businesses to focus on managing their significant risks and HSE compliance issues.
Our Ethos

Neil Hannaford

Neil Hannaford is the founder of Hannaford Consultancy. Neil has circa 25 years experience of working in HSE roles for various industries inclusive of; animal by products manufacturing, waste disposal and energy generation, quarrying, road construction, abattoir and red meat processing, poultry processing, consultancy and training , education, health and health care, service sectors, plus many more. Neil loves guitars, and hates safety tokenism (what he calls lazy safety!).
